Returning an Unwanted Item? 
Yes, it is possible! We understand that sometimes a product may not be suitable for you, and you may wish to request a refund. No need to worry! We accept returns as long as the item is in its original condition and returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to the guidelines outlined below, including fair use rules.

Feel free to try on the item as you would in a shop, but please refrain from wearing it. If an item is returned damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we regret that we won't be able to provide a refund.

What Happens Next?
Please note that we do not accept returns for unwanted items after the 14-day period mentioned above. Attempted returns beyond this timeframe may not be accepted, and the shipment may be sent back to your default delivery address, depending on your chosen courier.

 

Responsibility
Until your returned items reach us, they remain your responsibility. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. As the parcel is your responsibility until it arrives back with us, it's essential to obtain proof of postage. Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item without a tracking number.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If we locate these items and you wish to have them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.


Warranty
Troublemaker provides a 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase, provided the products are used according to our recommendations. We are not liable for product damage resulting from the disregard of our recommendations. Our commitment to quality means that we take each issue seriously, examining each situation individually to find a suitable solution.
